OrgMapper is committed to protect the privacy of individuals who visit the OrgMapper website (“Visitors”), companies that subscribe to and/or license the OrgMapper| EXCELLENCE Services (“Clients”), and individuals who access or use the OrgMapper Services on a Client’s account (“Users”).

OrgMapper provides modern cloud-based organizational network analysis tools for businesses delivered through a web portal accessible in modern browsers. This Privacy Policy applies to any access to or use of the OrgMapper website located at https://www.orgmapper.com and OrgMapper | EXCELLENCE (“Services”), consisting of (1) Collaboration Review Tool and (2) Individual Dashboard, and (3) any other OrgMapper technology whether now in existence or hereinafter devised. The Services are designed to be used by clients and their employees (each, a User) throughout the year to measure and manage workplace collaboration.

What type of information do we collect from users?

We collect personal information from Users, as described below.

Account information

We collect personal information from you, such as your first and last name, work email address, a unique identifier, profile picture, and user name when you create an account to log in to our Collaboration Review Tool and Individual Dashboard (“Services”).

Review information

When you log in to, use and interact with the Collaboration Review Tool, any information that you post, display, or submit on or through the Services will be collected and stored as Hosted Data, and this information is available to other Users accessing the Services in your company. For example, if you submit a collaboration review to another User, the Services passively processes and stores such User review for the purpose of rendering the Services, and OrgMapper only accesses such information to the extent necessary to provide the Services. By default your review information is public to other Users inside your company using the Services. You are solely responsible for all information you post, display, or submit on the Services, including Personal Information, and the consequences thereof. OrgMapper is not responsible and will not be liable for the information you disclose while using the Services.

What do we use your information for?

Account information

We use the account information to set up your account, to give you the appropriate access and permissions to the Services, to communicate with you regarding your account, and otherwise for the provision of the Services. We may also use your email address to send you updates in connection with the Services.

Review information

The collaboration review information that you post, display, or submit on or through the Services will be displayed and available to other Users accessing the Services in your company. You will have personal access to your Individual Dashboard that displays all collaboration reviews (ratings and explaining comments) that you have received from your colleagues. We also aggregate all collaboration reviews received into statistics that can be used for personal development and goal setting. This resulting data is not personally identifiable to any individual User (“Aggregated Anonymous Data”) and we may use this data (1) for our own internal statistical analysis, (2) to develop and improve the Services, (3) to research trends and create predictive analysis; and (4) to create and distribute reports and other materials regarding use of the Services.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information except in accordance with this policy. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

We take your privacy and data security very seriously and strive to maintain the security of all Personal Information. OrgMapper maintains appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Information and Hosted Data in our custody and control. However, no website or transmission of information over the internet or common carrier lines is guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data losses, or other breaches will never occur.

Changes and feedback

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and update the Privacy Policy modification date below. We encourage you to contact us at info@orgmapper.com with any questions, complaints, or requests with respect to your Personal Information, this Privacy Policy, and/or our privacy practices.
